WHAT FIRMWARE VERSION DO I HAVE?

To check the firmware version:

• Go to Navigation
• Press the Options button
• Go to Settings
• Go to Position & Version History
• Check the version

For version NBTevo_N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y: POSSIBLE

First check your version: NBTevo_A up to NBTevo_M : IMPOSSIBLE (update your system)

Additionally, we will send you the Carplay protocol based on your chassis number (VIN) that you provide to us.

The VIN is the vehicle serial number (box E. on your registration document).

USB INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

For NBTevo_N and O firmware versions, you can enable CarPlay via USB:

The process is simple. As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a small file (less than 1 MB) via email with instructions. Simply drag and drop this small file onto a USB drive no larger than 64 GB and plug it into the USB port on your vehicle's armrest. Your navigation unit will reboot and CarPlay will be unlocked.

ENET CABLE INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

For firmware versions NBTevo_P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, the instructions are as follows:

Please note that you will need:

• ENET Coding Cable (purchase HERE)
• Windows laptop
• Mac running Windows via Boot Camp or virtual machine (Parallels, Vmware, etc.)
• Internet connection

Description of the activation process:

1. Download our easy coding tool.
2. Start the car and connect the ENET cable to your laptop and the car.
3. Open the app. The app will ask you for a unique code - the code will be in your email after ordering.
4. Enter the code and then press three buttons.
5. Wait about 2 minutes.

We can assist you if necessary.

The process takes 2 minutes and requires absolutely NO COMPUTER OR CODING SKILLS.

Just plug in the cable and enter the code.
